Order & shipping
What is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee with PostNL is €4.95 for orders with a minimum purchase of €15.
When can I expect to receive my order?
The shipping date is specified at the top of the website. PostNL typically delivers packages on the next available delivery day. You will receive a track & trace email to monitor your order's progress. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
Why is it not possible to ship my order immediately?
In our efforts to minimize waste, we collect all orders placed over multiple days. This allows us to coordinate our purchases and production efficiently, thereby avoiding food waste.
Can you deliver or can I pick up my order?
We offer delivery within our area. If your address falls within this area, you can choose the delivery option. The delivery date is the same as the shipping date, scheduled between 8-10pm.
Unfortunately, we don't offer pick-up options.
Can I cancel, change or return my order?
Please note that all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you wish to make changes to your order, kindly send us an email.
Can I order from outside the Netherlands?
In the near future, we might expand our services to include Belgium and Germany, allowing customers from these countries to place orders and have them shipped.

What is the shelf life of the cookies?
When stored in an airtight container, the cookies can maintain their freshness for 4-7 days. Alternatively, you can store the cookies in the freezer for up to 2 months.
What kind of food allergens are present in the cookies?
All the cookies contain the following allergens: milk, eggs, cereals containing gluten, and soy. Additionally, some cookies may contain sesame, nuts, and peanuts. You can find the exact list of allergens in the product description.
Can I place an order if I have a nuts/peanuts allergy?
While some of our cookies do not contain nuts or peanuts, it's important to note that despite our best efforts to prevent cross-contamination, there might still be traces of nuts and peanuts in our bakery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free environment.
